We specialise in designing, building and supplying custom-made pulsating jigs to the international mining community. A pulsating jig acts as a mineral concentrator and is used to concentrate screened ore according to variations in the specific gravity of the particles (dense media separation). In addition to concentrator jigs we also supply feeder bins, conveyors, dewatering screens, crushers, etc.
Our jigs (called “worxjigs”) are very economical to use, as the operating costs are extremely low and they are very efficient at concentrating minerals, often exceeding the efficacy of their competitors’ products. The result is that old dumps of a variety of minerals now become viable to process.
